Executive chef Enda Gaffey’s dinner and lunch menu is a take on a nomadic Mediterranean philosophy, with dishes inspired by the flavours of Spain, Italy, France and Greece, with also a bit of a Pacific influence.
General Manager and former global award-winning Mixologist Marco Nunes has crafted an eclectic drinks menu consisting of old and new world wines and an exciting cocktail list which will also include “mini cocktails” as light aperitifs and high-end cocktails featuring rare spirits.
